discovery

Once receiving your enquiry, I will organise an initial call to say hello and ensure we are a good fit for one another. This is a perfect opportunity to ask any questions about the project and communicate with me any must-haves. If we are a match, a start date will be confirmed, and deposit exchanged.

strategy

I will ask you to complete several pre-design tasks that will allow me to really understand your business further, and your own unique vision for the branding. This includes a fun questionnaire and completion of a collaborative pinterest board. This combined with my own creative input will form the basis of a visual direction presentation that is sent to you for approval. This stage is the perfect way to ensure we are both aligned on the vision for the project, meaning I can perfectly capture your desired aesthetic in the following stage.

design

Now for the exciting part! With the visual direction presentation as my roadmap, I'll create your dream brand. I'll craft a presentation featuring your new logo, brand colors, typography, illustrative elements, and examples of your brand in action. This will allow you to see how each element seamlessly works together. Every page is meticulously designed to perfectly showcase your brand's desired aesthetic.

Once the branding is approved, I will design your printed marketing materials to be a perfect reflection of your brand aesthetic.

web design

Once the branding is approved, we will use this combined with the website strategy & copy to perfectly craft your webspace. You will approve the design flat in Figma first, and then within a live simulation in your chosen website platform. Once this is all approved, all steps will be taken to transfer your website domain and make the website live.

launch

Once all designs are approved, I'll set up a shared drive where all your files will be stored in the appropriate formats. Social media templates & launch graphics will be made ready to use in your chosen platform, and any required training videos will be created so you can implement your new branding with confidence.

I will co-ordinate the printing of your chosen marketing materials so that they final products perfectly match the designs. Printing info will be handed over to you so should you need to reorder, you can manage this going forward.

Now all that’s left to do is run with it!

What do you need from me to make this all happen?

Aside from your energy and good vibes, I will need you to have a vision for how you want your brand to feel. The very best results come from a collaboration of my ideas and yours, and each project will require you to complete a pinterest inspiration activity, and a detailed questionnaire designed to encourage direction from you that I can develop and build on.

I will also require any copy & imagery for graphics, website or printed marketing materials part way through the project. This will all be communicated clearly at the beginning so you are super clear on the requirements.

This is a big investment, do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I require 25% Deposit to secure the slot, and the balance can be paid in 2-3 instalments throughout the project with the final balance being paid before final file handover. I am quite open to alternative plans as I understand that this is a large investment for an independent business, so please strike up that conversation if required.

When can we get started?

There is usually a 6 week wait for your project to begin, but whilst you are awaiting your slot I will get you started on any pre design tasks, so that when your design comes we can hit the ground running.

Will you customise a project to fit my needs?

Whilst these packages have been designed to deliver the most effective, and cohesive results, I appreciate that sometimes businesses going through periods of growth or change need something a little more bespoke. Please complete the enquiry form with your requests and I will be happy to discuss further and figure something out for you!

What happens when the project is finished?

I offer 2 week project support for general implementation of branding. For anything beyond this you will have access to my retainer packages, where you can book me for days at a time at a discounted rate. This will be shared with you upon project handover.
